Overview

The approach.

Inclusion isn't a programme line — it's how every other programme should be designed. When the design starts with the people most often excluded, it gets better for everyone else by default.

Our inclusion work is led by the communities it serves: tribal producer cooperatives, PwD-led skilling centres, trans-inclusion fellowships co-built with the Garima collective. We measure ourselves on who sets the agenda, not just who gets the services.
