Overview

The approach.

A woman with an income changes the trajectory of an entire household — but in much of rural India, the levers of finance, enterprise and governance are still out of reach for the women who would use them best.

Our programmes federate self-help groups into producer cooperatives, link those cooperatives to formal credit and markets, and run leadership pipelines that put women into panchayat and FPO governance. The goal isn't help — it's transfer of agency.
