The approach.
India adds more than 12 million young people to its workforce every year. The skills gap between what classrooms teach and what employers actually need has widened — and the cost of that gap is paid by the youth who can least afford it.
For four decades, the Forum has run vocational programmes that don't just train — they place. Every curriculum is co-built with the industry that will hire from it, every cohort is tracked for a year after placement, and every centre is held to placement and retention benchmarks that we publish annually.
